These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 399bit platform and its users. By using the 399bit website, application, or any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering an account. Providing false information may result in account termination and the withholding of deposited funds. Any changes to your information must be reported to 399bit immediately.

2.4 Verification Process

3 Account Security

Maintaining the security of your account is your own responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Using the correct reference number when making a deposit is mandatory.
• Depositing from another person's account is strictly prohibited — deposits must come from the user's own registered number.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests apply to verified accounts only.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once — per promotion.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• A maximum withdrawal limit from bonus funds may apply — please refer to the terms of the specific promotion.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts or from multiple members of the same household will be assessed in accordance with 399bit policy.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 399bit reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

The 399bit VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback applies at each tier. The cashback rate is calculated automatically based on regular gaming activity.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the 399bit platform are operated by third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are described within the game interface.

• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a bet is cancelled due to an internet disconnection, 399bit will settle it according to the saved data.
• If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, 399bit reserves the right to make a correction.

6.2 Live Casino

7 Prohibited Activities
